YTT’s Strategic Plan: send us your ideas
We’re setting up Youth Theatre Together as a charitable organisation dedicated to young people and youth theatre in England. Our Strategic Plan will set out our key aims and objectives for the next 3-5 years.
We have created a basic structure for the Strategic Plan, based on the priorities articulated by more than 150 youth theatre leaders and participants at our YTT event in Manchester in 2025.
We now need your comments, ideas and suggestions to make sure our plan feels useful, relevant and inspiring for everyone involved in Youth Theatre.
The deadline for responses is 5pm on Friday 15th May.
How to send us your ideas:

This form takes you through the strategic plan section by section, with space for you to add your own comments, questions and ideas in each section. If you would prefer to upload your thoughts as a video or audio file, there is a section within the form for you to do this.
The form should take 15-20 minutes to complete.
