YTT’s Strategic Plan:

We’re setting up Youth Theatre Together as a charitable organisation dedicated to young people and youth theatre in England. Our Strategic Plan will set out our key aims and objectives for the next 3-5 years.

We created a basic structure for the Strategic Plan, based on the priorities articulated by more than 150 youth theatre leaders and participants at our YTT event in Manchester in 2025. We’ve also collected more than 200 responses from youth theatre leaders, participants, freelancers and others in response to that structure. These ideas will be considered and prioritised in our Get-Togethers in nine locations all across England.
