Apply to join a Get-Together

Deadline: 2pm, Monday 1st June

Please apply as a youth theatre, rather than as an individual.

We’re asking each youth theatre to bring three people:

  • a leader (someone who is responsible for running the company in some way)

  • a participant (aged 11+)

  • a freelancer who offers a different perspective/experience to the leader

We aim to meet all access requirements and have funding in place to ensure this.

There is funding available to cover travel costs for those that need it. There are also a number of participation payments (£150) available to support freelancers attending. We will provide lunch.

Spaces are limited. If there are too many applications for a Get-Together we will offer priority places to youth theatres that serve under-represented groups and those not allocated a place at our previous event in Manchester in 2025. All other places will be allocated by random ballot.

We will confirm your place by Friday 5 June.

If you require either form in an alternative format, or have any questions, please click here to get in touch.

Why come?

  • Make connections with other youth theatre artists and young people

  • Share games and exercises

  • Have space to stop and think about what you want to see in our sector

  • Help shape the future of youth theatre in your area and nationally
