Crowd-sourcing our Business Plan

Introduction

We are creating a new national development agency for youth theatre in England. Having surveyed 415 youth theatres across England, and worked in person with morethan 150 youth theatre leaders and participants to articulate priorities for our sector, we are now ready for the next stage of the process: writing the Business Plan for the new organisation.

The Business Plan is a document that sets out Youth Theatre Together’s key aims over the next four years - and how we will achieve them. We have decided to crowd-source the Business Plan, because we want to consider the widest possible range of ideas and perspectives and create a plan that feels exciting, relevant and inspiring for everyone in the Youth Theatre sector.
